Recently, the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Training Session of Liaoning Province was held in Tai'an County. Zhang Shiwei, Deputy Director of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Li Zhong, Chief Animal Husbandry Engineer of the department, Li Keyuan, Deputy County Secretary and County Magistrate of Tai'an County, and other leaders attended the event.
Prior to the meeting, participating leaders and delegates paid an on-site visit to the production base of Anjiu Fresh Food. Wang Fuzheng, Chairman of the company, accompanied the group throughout the tour and introduced the company's construction progress, technological innovation, product R&D and market expansion to the leaders.
As a national demonstration zone for agricultural modernization, Tai'an County boasts a superior ecological environment and abundant agricultural products. It features distinctive agricultural industries including live pigs, poultry, cattle and sheep. The annual slaughter volume of white-feathered broilers in the local industrial chain reaches 200 million, ranking first in Northeast China. This pillar agricultural product also serves as the primary raw meat material widely used in fresh pet food.
Against this backdrop, the construction of Anjiu Fresh Food project kicked off in Tai'an County, Anshan City in 2024. Leveraging the county's favorable ecological conditions, the company has effectively integrated surrounding resources of livestock, poultry and aquatic products. Taking the lead in establishing a full industrial layout covering raw material breeding to finished product manufacturing, it has built a reliable fresh food industrial chain, creating a win-win situation for Anjiu Fresh Food and the agricultural sector of Tai'an County.
The visit by the delegation led by the Deputy Director of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs is a recognition of Anjiu Fresh Food's past achievements, and also boosts the company's confidence for accelerated development.
Going forward, while striving for the early completion and commissioning of the production base, Anjiu Fresh Food will further strengthen cooperation with local agricultural industries, extend industrial chains and raise industrial added value, contributing to the revitalization of rural industries in Tai'an County.
