On November 4th, the 4th Meeting of the 2nd Council of Shandong Provincial Pet Industry Association was successfully held at Liaoning Anjiu Animal Nutrition Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Anjiu Fresh Food") in Anshan, Liaoning. Upholding the "Shuang'an Spirit" of industrial co-construction and win-win cooperation, Anjiu Fresh Food gave full play to its corporate strength and acted as an important bridge linking the pet industries of Shandong and Liaoning. By organizing factory visits, industry study tours, government seminars and other activities, it built an efficient platform for all parties to jointly explore new development opportunities for the pet industry.
01 Joint Discussion Between Enterprises and Association to Pool Strength for Industrial Development
In the afternoon of the same day, the executive meeting of the president council of Shandong Provincial Pet Industry Association was officially convened at Liaoning Anjiu Animal Nutrition Food Co., Ltd., Anshan City, Liaoning Province. Participants conducted in-depth discussions on improving the organizational structure, preparing for the establishment of the Small & Exotic Pets Branch, association leadership transition and follow-up development plans. The meeting aims to optimize the internal governance mechanism, rally core forces, clarify work priorities, continuously upgrade service capabilities and drive high-quality development of the industry.

During the exchange session, all attendees spoke openly and put forward valuable suggestions for the association's development based on their operational experience and in-depth industry insights. The discussion was enthusiastic and fruitful, and a consensus on future development was reached. All representatives agreed that amid industrial transformation and intensifying market competition, the association shall strengthen internal development and service capacity, and steer Shandong's pet industry toward standardized and high-quality growth.
02 On-site Visit & Seminar: Experiencing Smart Manufacturing Technology for Fresh Pet Food
After the meeting, representatives of the association paid an on-site inspection tour to Liaoning Anjiu Animal Nutrition Food Co., Ltd. As a joint venture invested by Qingdao Shuang'an Biotechnology Group, Anshan Jiuguhe Food Co., Ltd. and Tai'an County Urban Investment Company, Anjiu Fresh Food is located in Tai'an County, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, covering a total area of 146,000 square meters. It is built as a comprehensive industrial complex, equipped with a 60,000-ton pet wet food production line, an 80,000-ton pet dry food production line, R&D and testing center, e-commerce warehousing & logistics facilities and other supporting systems. Upon full completion, the project will drive coordinated development of local planting, animal husbandry, logistics, e-commerce and other related industries, and create more than 1,000 indirect jobs.

The delegation toured the exhibition hall, raw material processing area, production workshops and packaging lines in sequence. The fully enclosed anti-oxidation production lines in the GMP low-temperature clean workshop drew wide attention. The factory adopts the feeding standards for aviation food, and leverages the profound expertise of parent company Shuang'an Biotechnology Group in pet food manufacturing. The whole production lines are made of austenitic stainless steel. Meanwhile, the company has introduced world-leading HPP (High Pressure Processing) freshness-locking technology, which effectively avoids the loss of nutrients and deterioration of sensory properties caused by traditional thermal processing. It pioneers a new development direction for pet food production and helps partner brands launch high-end pet products with stronger market competitiveness.

03 Government-Enterprise Meeting: Discussing a New Future for the Industry
Following the tour, Chang Liang, County Magistrate of Tai'an People's Government, and Ma Jun, Director of the Management Committee of Tai'an High-tech Agricultural Industrial Development Zone, visited Anjiu Fresh Food to meet with representatives of Shandong Provincial Pet Industry Association and attended a special forum together.

The Tai'an government praised the achievements made by Anjiu Fresh Food in the pet food sector. At the forum, all parties held practical discussions on the market prospect of fresh pet food, policy support and supply chain optimization with effective interactions. At the end of the forum, witnessed by all attendees, the Management Committee of Tai'an High-tech Agricultural Industrial Development Zone and Shandong Provincial Pet Industry Association formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking a new chapter for pet industry cooperation between the two regions.
This joint visit by government and association representatives has further deepened mutual trust and communication between Anjiu Fresh Food, the industry association and Tai'an government. It also consolidates the company's pivotal role in promoting industrial docking between Shandong and Liaoning.
